New Support Teacher Position Description

At its meeting on 7 November 2009, QTU State Council heard an update on discussions between the QTU and DET on the new position description for "Support Teachers (Literacy and Numeracy)".

Council noted:

• previous reports on the development of the Position Description (as posted on the QTU website),
  and

• the final version of the Position Description, which incorporated many of the suggestions made by the QTU and QTU members.
