As we enter the final month of the current certified agreement its time for members to consider the next steps in the campaign.

QTU members across the state are invited to join in with members in the local areas to hear about the progress of negotiations including the importance of the key priorities in the EB and the government’s claim.

The update will include the most recent considerations of state council on the progress of negotiations and what action may be necessary for the Union to advance its claim. Members are encouraged to attend those meetings most convenient* to them to ensure that as many members as possible are part of this campaign that will set their salaries and conditions for the next three years.

* Note: Always check meeting dates in  adjoining areas for the most convenient location/time, eg some Gold Coast members may find meetings  on the southside of Brisbane(Metro S. or Logan Redlands) easier to access
