Annual Teacher Performance Review (ATPR)

In 2014, the QTU negotiated an Annual Teacher Performance Review (ATPR) process with the department of education that replaces the previous Developing Performance Review (DPF) process.
Previous Joint statements regarding the DPF have been superseded.
The new ATPR process which commenced from the start of 2015, takes place over a 12 month period, and does not need to commence from the start of a calendar year.
All permanent teachers and temporary teachers employed for one term or more will be expected to have a performance development plan in place.
