10 Aug 2018: Reports of a second planned meeting by senior state and territory education officials about the NAPLAN online crisis have exposed a lack of leadership by Federal Education Minister Simon Birmingham.
Results are clear from the QTU member survey on NAPLAN: NAPLAN is useless for teachers; unnecessarily stresses students, families, teachers and school leaders; and takes time away from real student learning. It’s time for a full federal review of NAPLAN. View the survey report here.
